  8. 8. Course Registration Change

    • First week after semester begins, within the notice period Change of course registration
  9. 9. Request/Change Supervising Professor

    • Decide within 1st month
    • Allow to change every 1st month within 2 weeks after semester begins
  10. 10. Drop Course

    • Spring Semester: End of March
    • Fall Semester: End of Sept
  11. 11. Course Evaluation

  12. 12. Grade Check

    • If GPA 3.0 under completion/graduation not allowed
    • If GPA 2.5 under for two consecutive terms. dismissed from School(not allowed re-admission)
  13. 13. Apply for Scholarship

    • Spring Semester: January

  14. 14. Semester / Vacation Domestic / Abroad Internship (Recommended)

    • Submit proposal to GCMC before begin evaluation after completion
  15. 15. Payment Due for Continuing Students (from 2nd Semester)

    • Spring Semester: End of Feb
    • Fall Semester: End of Aug
  16. 16. Repeat Semester

    • Repeat 5~14 every semester (4 semesters required)
  17. 17. Select Thesis/Non-Thesis Track(MA)

    • In 3rd Semester within 2 months(MA) Submit relevant form
  18. 18. Check Completed Course

    • MA: After 3rd semester Check completion of 33 credits
    • Ph/D: After 4th semester Check completion of 36 credits
  19. 19. Apply for Thesis Qualification Test

    • After completing required course works (or in the semester completing the required course works) Apply for Thesis Qualification Test and Pass
  20. 20. Foreign Language Test

    • Submit relevant documents after 3rd semester begins (within 2 months)
  21. 21. Register for Thesis Seminar

    • Semester after passing Thesis Qualification Test
      • MA: Thesis Seminar (Z0001) register or substitute with 1 course 3 credits
      • Ph.D: Thesis Seminar I(Z0001), Thesis Seminar II(Z0003) each course in different semesters
  22. 22. Graduation

    • Employment status, or change of personal information after graduation Report to school administration office
